phone calls arriving on desktop instead of phone
Hi, I use teams from multiple devices at the same time: desktop (without camera nor micro) for chat and large display, phone, iPad.
When a team member calls me, I get the notification on the desktop to answer it (as for a chat) and my colleague gets no image and just noise (because of the desktop lacking camera/micro).
Could I answer this call from the phone? I did not see how: the "calls" menu on the phone does not seem to show the incoming call.
Currently, I tell colleagues I will call them instead (which then works because I'm using the phone to initiate the call), but is there a better way?

I have a vague recollection that notifications including calls would only go to the most recently signed in device. I'm not 100% about it though.

dvilleneuve4142 On the iPad's Teams app open the side menu and look for notifications. Try changing the Receive Notifications section to Always.
StevenC365This is currently the settings on my iPhone (always). I'm not using the iPad right now, and indeed the iPad's notification is set to "deactivated". Maybe there is interference between the iPad and the iPhone notification settings?

Ideally the call should be forked on both the Teams Application and you should be able to receive the call on both the application. Post that it's your call where do you want to answer the call. Just check one settings on the iPhone in case the Teams Application is running in the background and iPhone feature is killing the Application. In such a case you will only receive the call on the desktop application.

Satish URealTime_M365I've looked at the settings both on the desktop and iPhone, and I could not find where to at least make the iPhone receive the call (currently, the iPhone just does not receive anything when a call arrives). The other option would have been to not receive calls on the desktop, but there it is said to send calls to voicemail, which is not what I expect.
I've just made another test with a colleague calling me, having the phone on teams in front of me: only the desktop is allowing me to take the call...
