Persistent Bluetooth Headset Issues in Microsoft Teams
I purchased "Microsoft Teams certified" headset "made for iPhone & iPad" (Logitech Zone Wireless 2) specifically to enable me to access MS Teams meetings mobile on trains etc from my iPad.
I cannot get the headset microphone to connect on the Teams app, although it works as both headphones and microphone on all other apps, e.g. Face Time. I can also get the headset microphone to work in Teams on iMac online. There is no option to select the audio settings in Teams app on iPad.
I took the headset and iPad into an Apple store genius bar - they could not resolve as the issue is with MS Teams app in iPad, not Apple, and they could see that there was no option to select audio settings in MS Teams app. We confirmed the headset microphone was working in other apps, e.g. FaceTime.
What should I do? I am not confident that returning the Logitech Zone Wireless 2 headset and purchasing another MS Teams certified headset would solve the issue, as the headphones are working fine.
And YES, I have refreshed the MS Teams app on iPad! Advice please!!
