Outlook contact synching

Hello, 

Ive got a new teams business install. I want to work out how to get near immediate synching between outlook and teams.  I know it synchs as I have got my outlook adress book, in but when adding new contacts in outlook its not immediate. If theres a sync now button in teams that would do it

The use case is:

Add a contact in outlook called test with mobile number and email, press f9

Go to teams in phone and view contacts

Contact isnt there

If anyone can point me in the right direction...Many thanks
