Organising Group Voicemails

Good morning all,

I'm hoping this is the right place to post this.

I have setup group voicemails which appear in Outlook and have a few members accessing this.

I understand that only owners of the group can delete email/voicemails but I can't seem to find a way to move them (into a "actioned" folder for example)

Is this even possible?
