No access to file in Teams Chat

Hello community;

I have the following problem with Teams, I'm sure other users in our organization also have this.

Two users each sent me files via Teams Chat.

I can't open the files, it says: You don't have access to this file.

I've already checked, Limited-access user permission lockdown mode is disabled in the sender's OneDrive.

I also noticed that the file is not in the sender's OneDrive folder, Microsoft Team Chat Files, even though the user has not deleted the file there.

What can be done to solve this problem? Or is there a bug in the Teams app?

    Recently I resolved a similar issue by going to Support -> Help & Support in the admin center and use these

    "Unable to access Teams Files"
    and
    "Unable to access files shared in Teams chat"

    and fill the information and wait for results

    It will try to identify or fix the issue for you
