No access to file in Teams Chat

Recently I resolved a similar issue by going to Support -> Help & Support in the admin center and use these
"Unable to access Teams Files"
and
"Unable to access files shared in Teams chat"
and fill the information and wait for results
It will try to identify or fix the issue for you
