New to Teams - Can't find any members to add to Teams

Hi,   I'm trying to set up Microsoft Teams. I can't seem to find any members to add to Teams. I've not idea how to make them visible to the system.    My Team account was previously used just for...

Hello, Are you the admin? Have you created a channel? Go to office.com Click on Teams icon, once you are inside Team click on Teams button. Create your teams here and start to invite your team members or guest.
