New Teams - Video freezing
I have a support call open with them and have pointed the engineers to this thread to understand the problem further.
Edit: Forgot to add - they now have network captures, screen recordings and Teams logs when the issue occurs. Hopefully they can find the problem out quickly.

I fixed it! I have an Alienware laptop, and I remembered another app that had complained about a DLL that gets inserted when hardware-accelerated apps run.

I edited BlackApps.dat to add 2 lines:
ms-teams.exe
msedgewebview2.exe
Then I rebooted and was able to successfully do a test call, which I hadn't been able to do before.- Thanks for finding a fix. I remember reading an article about multiple issues caused by Nahimic. It's hard to understand why any OEM would still use it, especially when looking at that black list. Imagine how many human hours were wasted trying to troubleshoot an issue in one of those apps...
