New Teams - Video freezing

Same here hope it gets solved soon. Is there any Microsoft response known about this issue and eta on solving the problem?

I have a support call open with them and have pointed the engineers to this thread to understand the problem further.
Edit: Forgot to add - they now have network captures, screen recordings and Teams logs when the issue occurs. Hopefully they can find the problem out quickly.

  keffordt Just fyi they have had this for months now as we did the same thing back in Sept. I wouldn't hold your breath too much on it getting fixed soon.

    I fixed it! I have an Alienware laptop, and I remembered another app that had complained about a DLL that gets inserted when hardware-accelerated apps run.

    I edited BlackApps.dat to add 2 lines:
    ms-teams.exe
    msedgewebview2.exe
    
    Then I rebooted and was able to successfully do a test call, which I hadn't been able to do before.
