New Teams - Video freezing

it is specific to the computer so I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the graphics driver.
I have NVidia RTX 4o7o, updated drivers couple of time. there are no settings in new teams to disable some accelerations.

Same issue with a RTX 4070 TI with the brand new latest driver installed
- The same issue with just New Teams, NVIDIA 4070.
Very annoying.
When a remote participant shares the screen, all gets frozen and I have to do "leave/join" to get the video working.
