MY FIX!! MS TEAMS says I'm offline when I'm connected to my network with no issues

To resolve this issue, go to Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings > ensure Automatically detect settings option is checked
This worked for me too, thanks! Changed my Windows password on the network Friday and couldn't get into Teams, Outlook, or anything tied to my Microsoft account after. Cleared Credentials, then turned this setting on, problem solved.
