this has been a problem haunting me for a couple of months - and WhatsApp has just started complaining too!
I've followed your instructions, although as it was an intermittent problem I don't know if it worked yet.
Very clear instructions! Beats me why Microsoft's own flagship product doesn't work with Microsoft's own firewall though!
