Mute button/option missing from Group/Teams feed

Question

I cannot mute a very active group "Teams" feed. The mute icon/button option exists for my "Chats" but not my group or "Teams." I've searched for multiple solutions but I'm not seeing the same description in my app. or in my computer's notifications:

Microsoft Teams Version 1.6.00.35956. It was last updated on 1/29/24. 2019 MacBook Pro Intel OS Sonoma 14.3 (23D56)

I wish to remain a member of this group and review posts when I have time. The constant pinging of submissions is disruptive.
