MS Teams with Exchange On-Premises
Hi all,
A customer has Exchange on-premises and only wants to use Microsoft Teams from Office 365. My question is:
Q1) If a user opens his Outlook (his mailbox is on-premises) and the MS Teams client , will he see the presence information in Outlook?
Q2) If the user has a meeting (using outlook calendar), will MS Teams client update his status as In a Meeting during his meeting time?

A1) Yes. Teams Only is required and check this setting: "Register Teams as the chat app for Office" (Teams client --> Settings --> General)
A2) Yes.
