Move existing meeting series onto Teams Channel
Hello, I haven't been able to find a clear answer for this question. Is there any way to retroactively attach an meeting series held on Teams to a Teams channel? The meeting series currently exists on it's own and we would like to have the chat and files plus recording saved on the Teams Channel.

- I suppose you mean the series is scheduled as standard meeting in an individual calendar (their mailbox)? Channel meetings are scheduled in the associated group mailbox. Standard meeting recordings end up in OneDrive and channel recordings in SharePoint. Files shared in standard meetings end up in OneDrive and files shared in channel meetings end up in the SharePoint library in the associated team. There's no built-in tool for this so you would have to move them manually.
ChristianJBergstrom might be a good idea to create this tool. Many times a meeting series that is started outside of a channel becomes "channel worthy" after the fact.
Agreed! Wishing I could do that right now.
Such a feature could be "promoting" as in "promote this meeting group to become a Teams team".
