Nilay_Vyas A company wide Teams event is going to stress any network. Very few Internet connections are sized to support ALL users streaming video at the same time. Take a look at your Internet connectivity to see where the problem is.
To support company wide meetings, it is generally recommended that you get people to join in groups, in conference rooms, or outside your network.
If the video stream is only at 0.5 MBps, then a 1,000 users are going to use 500 Mbps and that (along with any other network traffic) is going to stress a fiber connection.
