I'm trying to register and setup MS Teams for my organization but its giving a message saying ;

Someone has already set up Teams for your organization

Ask your admin to get you started with Teams, or set up another org in Teams using a different email address.

I just want to find out which email address is registered as Admin so I can request access to add me in.
