Question

I am trying to port over an AT&amp;T phone number to Microsoft Teams but keep getting the error:&nbsp;Porting or transferring numbers isn’t available for this area.&nbsp;What does this mean? I am porting over a number that is in the US using an Oregon zip code.&nbsp;Any help would be appreciated,&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;
