Microsoft Teams mouse control and request control not available for some users

They are either a. Joining via web browser which does not support take control / give control. Or B. Joining the meeting anonymously/ from another tenant. Pretty sure you must be a guest of the tenant hosting the meeting and switched to that tenant in order to request control.
- It might be that guests can’t and external users can. I can’t remember been awhile. One way or the other cannot share the screens. Might find out how the person is connected to the meeting then you’ll know why. Anon / as guest / as external user and if they are using browser or desktop client.
