Microsoft Teams live captions doesn't work
Hello all, yesterday and today the live captions doesn't work. I got the error message "Couldn't start captions" (as attached below). Can you help me?
razor1984 Hi - yes its a problem known to Microsoft. I had raised it with Enterprise Disability Answer Desk mailto:email address removed for privacy reasons and they responded "We verified the issue and find it is reproducing in Teams application....we are sharing this feedback with the engineering team". They gave me a tracking reference "Accessibility 203870". I shall endeavour to post any updates to this thread too.
Hope its fixed soon - its quite an inconvenience for deaf/hearing impaired users and others I'm sure.
