Microsoft teams for work in W11 . micro failing with Realtek and SDT

Dear community,
I've just purchased a new laptop and Microsoft Teams for work is giving issues with my Microphone.

If I record in Windows 11 I doublecheck is not a Micro issue.

The device is Intel Smart Sound Technology for Digital Microphones based on a Realtek audio .
Laptop is hp 15s-fq5060ns . 

I've disabled and reenabled : Noise Supresion , Spatial audio , Automatically adjust mic sensitivity and tried with an external handset with microphone and it keeps failing.

My audio is received with cuts and lag, when I try "make a test call" the result is poor . 

I was able to make Teams work removing the drivers from the system but failed again after rebooting.

The laptop is brand new , I'm thinking to ask for a return as Ms Teams is one of my most used tools.

I've also reinstalled Ms Teams and no luck.

Any clues or advice ? 

I'm sure the issue is on Ms Teams not other apps.
