Microsoft teams administrator after Skype migration
If you're all using personal Microsoft accounts and not part of a Microsoft 365 organization, then there's no Teams admin, because admin features only come with a paid Microsoft 365 business subscription. That’s why some features like scheduled messages are missing. To access those, you’d need to move to a paid plan.
Thank you for clearing this out Matt 😀so in order to have an organizational account you need Microsoft 365 Business in any of its tiers, is that correct? Sorry, we are not very familiar with Microsoft pricing and ecosystem. Is there a way to mix free users with licensed users? Not all of our employees need Microsoft 365 paid plans, but some of them would do and we were wondering whether it is possible to have everyone (both free and paid) under the same umbrella for easier setup and billing.
