meeting registration: transcription starts everyway

Hello,

On the new Teams (educational) I can choose to start only the meeting registration but sadly also the transcription starts everyway and so I must manually stop it (if undesired).
In this case I obtain also a bothersome void file of the "stopped" transcription.
Is it a Teams bug or can I configure my Teams app for avoiding the transcriptions?
