Meeting Invite - Attendees highlighted in Red

Hello,

 

I want to know what does it mean when an attendee's name is highlighted in red in your scheduled meeting invite. see image below

    JamesNolan Hello, it's just telling you they are unavailable at that time. Try using the Scheduling Assistant.

     

    *edit* sorry, didn't realize this was answered.

    It is showing their availability for the meeting time specified. Red shows a meeting conflict, if you select the "Scheduling Assistant" option you can see the conflicts.

      Much appreciated and I had a feeling it was something to do with that. So this shows if they have another meeting or appointment scheduled at the same time?
