Managing a Teams Agenda / Schedule

Dear Teams Community,

I organize the meetings for a work group and wanted to know, which app (inside Teams) or which functionality from teams allows you to create and manage an Agenda.

I need the app to be able to perform two tasks:

Create Tasks and link them to the To Do App or the Planner App.

Be able to search throughout all the Agendas, without having to search inside each meeting individually (think OneNote, where you can search inside all the Notebooks).

Which program are you using?
