making annotations on a scale drawing in Teams

Hello,

first off sorry for my bad englisch.

We are a construction company and about 6 months ago we startet using Teams in the company.

At this moment the main users are our calculation division and administration and, as far as I can tell, it is working.

these people mainly use WORD/EXCELL documents or documents from our ERP system wich allows interaction.

I am one of the projectleaders and we work on site using a laptop and tablet.

Since our projects our getting bigger and bigger we have decided to also provide our foreman with a tablet and teams to provide a quicker and better response time.

for normal documents it is working fine, and also for viewing the scale drawings it is usefull, but here we find a problem.

it is sometimes necessary  to make notes or sketch something on the drawing and we can not find a way to do this in Teams?

is there a way to draw in a PFD drawing?
