"Make a test call" option not showing in Microsoft Teams

I had a case with a customer, that was interesting and thought to share it with you.

 

The customer complained, that some users can see the option to "Make a Test Call" under their client’s settings, and some can't.

the problem was with localization of the client itself, find out more and about the work around here
