Issue to join Teams

I am the Owner of the Teams and I added my colleague, he received the invitation via email and set up accordingly but it shows this message >> You're missing out! Ask your admin to enable Microsoft Teams for Alpine Advisory Sdn Bhd

I checked on my side, I couldn't find any Admin button or function

The contact support told me there's a restriction set in their account 

Kindly advice.
