    It is possible that someone signed up to a trial previously at some point in time and added your domain to the account. This could have been for testing and evaluation of the service. It is a very common issue to have especially where previous admins have evaluated and left the business - at least here in the UK.

    If you don’t have access to it, you would need to contact Microsoft support in the country you are in. You can do this by phone, or online. You will need to confirm and prove that you own the domain and Microsoft should remove it from the old account so you can use it in the new one.
