issue no quick switch between org-s

I have a weird problem with teams. I have one company mail which I used to create free teams account (it appears personal).

That account and mail is part of Org A. Then I was invited to Org B as a guest.  But during accepting invitation it looks like another account appeared that uses the same email (work account set up by IT is says). Now when sign in with my mail I have to choose between  personal account (with only org A in it) and work account (guest account with org A and B in it) Also when l I choose work account with Org A and B in it I cannot quickly switch between orgs in top right corner. I have to log out and log in to do so. 

I m using app on Windows 10 PC
