Is it possible to block a Voice Call through Provider when Teams Audio Call or Meeting is ongoing?

Currently most of us are working from home. When Teams too we often take audio call and/or meetings. When these calls are in progress if the call from Service Provider intervenes either the connection pauses (if 3G) or there is a voice disturbance.

Would be great if Teams can pause Phone calling when a meeting is in progress. I admit that we might be mixing up an App and basic Phone ability. But definitely this would be an avenue for an exploration and development for more user-friendliness.
