Internal Users Can't Join Teams Meetings
My company has Teams for Enterprise, and all users have an O365 E3 license, but not all of our employees have Teams enabled. When these users try to join Teams meetings with our company domain email, they get an error message telling them to contact the Admin for a license. Is there a way to allow them to join meetings without Teams enabled/licensed?

To bypass the licensing issue, they should join as a guest in an unauthenticated browser window.
