Inspections App Won't report more than 2 steps?
I am trying to implement the Shifts app for several of our teams. I have set up 1 inspection form, with 6 steps. Which displays correctly when the guys complete the inspections.
However, when I review a submitted inspection, I can only see 2 steps (and it doesn't say which ones they are!).
What could be going on?

Hi, if you try to complete one of the inspection forms yourself, does it seem to complete successfully? No issues or errors when you actually submit it?
