Individuals losing access to Teams
I work for a small company and we have a free Teams account which was working fine. A member of staff set up a different Teams account (business basic) using the company email address (so the same domain name as the original account). - Hello,
Can you give more details around "a member of staff set up a different Teams account (business basic) using the company email address"
Is this in another Tenant?
And the free account was set up like this? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sign-up-for-teams-free-classic-70aaf044-b872-4c32-ac47-362ab29ebbb1- WaterTech85Copper ContributorThanks for replying Andres. That is what the free account set up was like. We now have two Teams accounts - so to give an example of what I mean, it the the equivalent of one being set up by janedoe@companyname.com and the other was jobloggs@companyname.com. I dont know if there has been some kind of conflict caused by having two free accounts set up this way.
- Can this member of staff confirm a tenant was created for companyname and that you have access to administer it?
