Is this in another Tenant?

Thanks for replying Andres. That is what the free account set up was like. We now have two Teams accounts - so to give an example of what I mean, it the the equivalent of one being set up by janedoe@companyname.com and the other was jobloggs@companyname.com. I dont know if there has been some kind of conflict caused by having two free accounts set up this way.
