Inbound call to MS teams

Hi,

I noticed the issue today whenever i call from outside to my MS Teams users via our PSTN Gateway , i can hear the first ringback on phone but after nothing ...however my MS Teams is still ringing . Did anyone face this issue before ? This is annoying because the caller would think the destination is busy or unreachable yet the MS team is still ringing .
