Improve Teams to allow video call features like pausing the camera to allow privacy

Whenever I  am in a video call sometimes I have the need to stand up, stretch, do some hygiene actions (yes, have to do with nose) , and rather then stop sharing the camera i would like the option to pause the camera. This is less distracting then stopping or blinding the camera. Especially useful for short moments that you do not want to share the camera.
