Import Failed to Save

Sent a Teams Meeting invite to a client, and they sent back the attached screenshot of an error they received ("Import Failed to Save"). Anyone have any ideas how to get passed this? They cannot accept the meeting invite.

    Although did a quick test and if received by someone with a Gmail account, it just showed in the Calendar once accepted. I did see an ics download option so not sure if they are trying to download and import elsewhere?

    Hi,

     

    My only thought on this one is that are they trying to import into a Google Calendar.

     

    I think it should be possible but might be worth looking at the sequence of events show here: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/30834/add-an-ical-or-.ics-calendar-to-google-calendar/

     

    I mean it should be possible, it may not just work like say if it was being imported into an Outlook Calendar.
