If I made a mistake? Teams ask me if to replace or copy my file when uploading

JohnnyRxy If these are group chats (rather than Teams) and each time you chose replace then one copy of the file will be stored in your OneDrive in a folder called Teams Chat Files. Each time you chose replace you will have overwritten the previous file with a new one, and everyone will be accessing the more recently updated file.

If you had chosen Copy you would have had a separate version for each time you shared the file, the files names would be xxxx_copy1.xxx etc.

I don't really see which is best, I would prefer to have all the comments in one file that I can then work through and address, having multiple files with potentially contradictory comments doesn't really help much.
