I wish the app would actually work

I have it enabled for my tenanant.  Its licensed for everyone.  I have it assigned to all devices in intune just like office and about everything else.   So why the heck will the windows version not run for 1 second and the iOS and iPAD OS versions constantly cycle through authentication.  EVERY other windows application works BUT this app.   Is it truely worth of the one stars it is getting in the app store.  Seems like it is.
