How to view scheduled meetings in multiple Microsoft Teams Rooms
We are about to start supporting a project which has about 600 conference rooms contrywide.
Does anyone have any idea of how to set up a view using Office 365 tools where I can display only scheduled meetings outside business hours?
Is there anything within Teams or Outlook for example where an alert can be set up so if a meeting is scheduled between 5pm and 9am (next day) and alert can be sent to a destination with information about the room scheduled and time booked?
Any insights are very much appreciated.
walciranrodrigues Not sure how you could do this. Maybe using Power Automate to monitor the mailbox and then set a trigger?
