How to use Microsoft.PowerShell.SDK in .Net Core 3.1 project?

I want to use power shell in .Net Core 3.1 project,so i find thr Nuget Pckage ----- Microsoft.PowerShell.SDK.

But i want use the module "MicrosoftTeams" in this project,how to write Code to make this logic work?
