How to turn off "Mirror my Video" On Teams

Hi, I am currently using a MacBook Air and I downloaded the teams app and  there is no button to turn off mirror my video in teams. How do I fix this issue? I notice that when the organizer shares their screen I look flipped and my face looks weird, I don't like the way it looks. Is there a way to fix this issue? 

When I am in a meeting from my end I seem normal on the camera but when I saw myself in my organizer's screen I looked different. Is that how other people in the meeting see me as well? I really want to fix this issue thanks.
