How to Restrict User to click on "Sign Out" button on Microsoft Teams.

On computers used in the company, Microsoft Teams application is opened automatically at computer startup. My request is that the opened teams application is not closed by the users and they cannot sign out of the accounts. Is there a solution to prevent this?

 

Our infrastructure has Azure AD connect.
