How to prevent external users from reading Teams meeting chat after they leave the meeting?
We have had a really bad case of Teams use.
During Covid our organisation has used Teams for hiring purpouses.
The sad part comes now:
After they were finished with the interview they continued typing and making notes inside the meeting about the participant. This was all available to the person that applied for the job.
So my question is as follows:
Is there some way to prevent external users (or internal) from accessing a teams meeting that they have left??

ThePuh Well, you can end a Teams meeting for everyone in case you're not familiar with that, but it doesn't disable the ability to rejoin so Adams suggestion of taking sensitive notes somewhere else makes sense.

But you can use the above procedure and in combination with a Teams meeting policy (or using the meeting options for an individual meeting) and set the Lobby to "Only me" (for example) so that everyone would need to be let in by you again.

OrganizerOnly, if you would like that only meeting organizers can bypass the lobby.

Change participant settings for a Teams meeting

Haven't tried it but should work.

hmmm... i ffound that Microsoft has something in development....

I’d recommend keeping notes this personal outside of the meeting, in OneNote for example
