How to end the meeting on Teams

the organizer of a meeting can now end the meeting.
in a recent update is now a "End Meeting" in the client
End Meeting option
Once I click "End Meeting", no one but the organizer should be able to "Start Meeting" again, regardless of whether or not the meeting has a lobby.
