How to delete an account linked to mine

HI everyone!

I'm having difficulties in removing from MS Teams an account of a friend of mine.

I'll attach an image for a better understarding:

As you can see, my account is ML, with Università degli Studi di Milano as company name.

However there's also the other account, Andrea Bulzi, which is not mine and I'd really like to remove it from there.

Any idea on how to do it?
