How to create users and groups that cannot see & communicate with each other in Team?
I have attached a diagram of the exact functionality we are looking for in Teams.
Please take a look and tell me if its possible.

- Not really possible to my knowledge. Anyone in your tenant can see users in your tenant. There are ways of setting up information barriers but that's really meant for groups or subsets of users, not each individual user, which would require many different policies and you would probably end up at a limit.. Also they couldn't be guest users.
As far as in a particular Team, you cannot hide users from one another in the same team nor the roster.I don't think he means individual users, at least the diagram shows groups of users. So IBs should do: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/information-barriers
