how to create a shortcut to link

Hello, guys! I have a small task maybe someone know in which direction I should dig to get it done.. We have one local (teams) SharePoint page and now I need to share it to entire organization by adding it to a vertical shortcut bar in MS teams.

Correct me if I’m wrong but only way it can be placed in correct place - make a my organization APP. 

May be any one knows how to do it?  Kind of one is created, published in organization, but does not  work ((
