How to automatically record all Teams meetings?

I figured this out y'all !KristyKairos 

First you must create a custom meeting template.

Then I had to de-select end-to-end encryption. If you deselect this setting then record meetings automatically will be available as a default value! I am screenshotting my exact settings for Virtual Appointment just in case.

KevinA905 In your solution the user still has to select the meeting template when creating the meeting. There is no way to by default enforce a custom template to users so that every meeting they create is automatically made under that template.
